If you would like to become a patient at Rainbow Recovery Center or was a patient and would like to see about further treatment, please call us directly at the number listed below. DO NOT USE EMAIL TO APPLY FOR TREATMENT. YOU MUST CALL US DIRECTLY. Any messages received for this purpose will automatically be deleted, as we do not take new patients by online applications. You may however call at anytime our office hours to schedule an intake appointment. A Rainbow Recovery Staff member will be happy to assist you.
For Current Patients
Patients with physical and mental health emergencies need to contact or go to the nearest hospital emergency room or dial 911 immediately.
Patients may NOT use the email address to reschedule appointments or inform their counselors that they can not make their sessions. Additionally, the email address is not meant to be used for grievances of any kind or to get in touch personally with counseling or nursing staff or to notify Rainbow Recovery Center of problems between themselves and other patients or to report incidents that occur outside of Rainbow Recovery Center involving patients. Please talk directly with your counselor or appropriate staff at Rainbow Recovery Center if you have any problems.
